Gérard COURREAU a skilled chocolate-maker who invented the famous "Rocher
de Roquebrune", a chocolate made with a nougat base, listed at the "Patrimoine
des Confiseurs Français", put this collection together over a period
of 30 years; it is now open to the public for the first time:
